Product Description:
Xeroform™ Occlusive Petrolatum Gauze Patches are sterile, non-adherent wound dressings designed to protect and support the healing of a wide range of wounds. Each patch is made from fine mesh gauze impregnated with a blend of petrolatum and 3% bismuth tribromophenate, which helps maintain a moist wound environment while providing mild antimicrobial and deodorizing properties.
These occlusive dressings are ideal for low to moderately exuding wounds, including minor burns, skin grafts, donor sites, abrasions, lacerations, and postoperative incisions. The petrolatum coating prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound bed, minimizing trauma and pain during dressing changes.
